I'm playing by the Wishacy rules, by Buckeygirl 80.
My game is set to normal lifespan, but it's tweaked so the infant stage is shorter and I've added some time to childhood and YA stages. I forget, exactly what the settings are, since every town you play has the same settings, I have them set to where I selected them for my random legacies.
My founder is a genie, which means he has a longer life than a regular Sim.
Disclaimer:
I use Nraas Dreamer mod, which lets you earn points for fulfilling wishes that are not locked in, if you can do them before they disappear. Since this mod does give me an advantage in earning points for wishes, I don't take the 'Free Day' until my heir/founder has earned 250k points, instead of 50k.
I also use Nraas Woohooer, which allows autonomous woohoo, risky woohoo and try for baby. This definitely is an advantage, but it's too fun for me to not use. I do try to balance it out by not directing my Sims to Try for Baby when they roll a wish to woohoo or have a baby. Instead, I go for risky, which is set at 15% of success. I have tfb set at 60%. So far, most of the pregnancies have been from them autonomously choosing tfb.

One thing to note, I use a default replacement desaturated skin tone mod for the new skin tones added in SN/patch 1.38, by analect at Mod the Sims. Suchandra's skin is one of these new colors, the yellow/golden ramp, and if it were EA default, he'd be a much brighter yellow color. Some of his descendants will inherit his skin color, so if you DL them but aren't using this mod, they will appear as EA default yellow. You can easily change them to a base game natural color, though.
NOTE: I am no longer going to be automatically uploading every heir and spare here in Sim format, though I will continue uploading them on the Exchange. I am more than happy to share them, but a bunch of them have gotten no downloads and are taking up space in my Mediafire, so from now on I'll only post them here by request. You can drop me a comment here if you want one that isn't currently available. =D
